We have always paid a lot of attention to our network's technological advancement. 2020 turned out to be a difficult year, but it also allowed us to speed up our modernization processes. We eased the minds of our guests by introducing additional health and safety measures.
A contactless self-check-in system that minimized interaction with the staff, online reception using QR codes, all the needed equipment for hand and surface disinfection in each room and regular cleaning.

Excellent, modern design, everything is thought through to the tiniest detail!
This apartment has everything, a small kitchen and even a washing machine!

A comfortable stay
"Great hotel, excellent location, very stylish and functional. We visited during the pandemic, when all the restaurants were only open for takeout and until 20:00. However, it was not a problem, since the apartment has everything we needed - dishes, a kettle, a toaster.
A lovely view from the hotel windows, there are nearby places to explore by foot, SPA 5 is very close and the walk to the mineral springs is very pleasant (it's not far). I liked the attitude of the staff and the contactless check-in (online reception).
We went to get a Thai massage just down the street, and we loved it. There are supermarkets nearby - Albert and Billa. We will be glad to return to this hotel in Karlovy Vary."

Space for children and helpful staff
"We stayed there for the second time with a child, great place and location, very close to the old town, quiet and not noisy.
For children there is a playground in the courtyard, and an indoors playroom, everything is 100% pleasant.
Friendly staff, they'll tell you all you need to know. Thank you, we'll be back."
