Every year, Tripadvisor recognises businesses that have demonstrated a commitment to hospitality excellence with this award — and this year, we made it on the list again - Revelton Suites Karlovy Vary is in the top 10% of hotels worldwide!
The award is based on great reviews from travellers around the globe on TripAdvisor over the last 12 months. As challenging as the past year was, Revelton Suites Karlovy Vary stood out by consistently delivering positive experiences to travellers.

Last year also was challenging for hospitality, but thanks to dozens of ideas from travellers who stayed with us we could improve our services and to add more things the guests wished to see in their apartments. Most of the reviews highlighted our contactless self-check-in system that minimized interaction with the staff or other guests, online reception with QR codes and fast response time, all the needed equipment for hand and surface disinfection in each room and regular cleaning.
